ilkMart offers returns for Products within three (3) days of receiving the shipment to you if the Product qualifies for return. Products eligible for returns will have a tag - “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” within the offer details. Products that do not qualify for a return cannot be returned under any circumstances. The product will not be accepted as returned until the customer has been notified that the return has been accepted.

It may take up to a week for your item to reach us once returned, depending on your location. Once your item arrives at our fulfillment center, allow up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your return. After the return has been processed, it may take up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to be credited to your credit card or your ilkMart wallet if you paid with cash. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.

Products eligible for return will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Electronics and mobile phones

Product must be returned with original packaging, sealed and unopened.

If the product has been used, the original box of the product has been opened, or the original seal has been removed, we will refuse to refund and return the product to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If the product does not work due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet and all other accessories must be returned as well.

Beauty and health

Hair and personal care, vitamins - nutritional supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for returns.

Cosmetics (cosmetics, skin care, etc.), perfumes, and sanitary products that have been opened or used will not be accepted.

Clothing such as lingerie, underwear, swimwear, bras, stockings, and stockings are not eligible for returns.

Apparel products are only eligible for return if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, in their original packaging.

Hygiene, feeding and training accessories, diapers and accessories, bath care and medical treatments are not eligible for returns.

Any used or damaged item will not be accepted.

General conditions applicable to all returns

IlkMart reserves the right to return the product to the customer if the returned product does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions. The customer is not entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return. In the event that a product declines a return request at any stage, we will make two (2) attempts to return the product to the customer. In the event that both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, we will only hold the Product for three (3) business days at our delivery center.
