ilkMart has an easy-to-process refund policy for customers
a) I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?
In the event that the product you received was damaged or defective, you may return the product in the same condition in which you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process a refund along with any shipping charges incurred.
b) I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
In the unusual circumstances where the item received is wrong, you may return the item in the same condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund with 3 days free returns
c) I have changed my mind. Can I return what I purchased?
In case you change your mind, before your order has been shipped, simply contact us to cancel your order or you can cancel it from your ilkMart account and we will process the refund along with any applicable shipping charges to the same credit/debit card which will reflect in your card within 7- 14 working days. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 3 days to return it, with the following terms and conditions applying:
Returns are made in accordance with ilkMart's return policy
Items are in their original retail packaging (sealed/sealed box)
In the case of apparel and costume orders, the original tags and seal must be present with the original packaging
d) You made a credit card transaction. How can I get a refund?
In the event that the order is canceled or if it is canceled before shipment, the amount will be credited back to your credit/debit card automatically which will be reflected in your card within 7-14 working days.
If you cancel the order, and the products have been shipped but not delivered, you will receive a full refund as ilkMart store credit within 24 hours. Upon request, we can arrange a transfer back to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect on your card statement, depending on the issuing bank.
For delivered products, wherever the reason for return is satisfied in accordance with ilkMart's return policy and after inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for original shipping charges) as ilkMart store credits within 24 hours. Upon request, we can arrange a transfer back to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect on your card statement, depending on the issuing bank.
You can request to transfer ilkMart wallet balances back to your debit/credit card or bank account within 180 days/6 months from the date of the request.
